For different people and especially earlier on in life, whether you're a man or a woman, Power can mean the opposite of what it does to another person. For a lot of my friends and clients - in the 40+ age group, Power means Self-Love andSelf-Discipline. The Ultimate in Power!
In the 20-something age group, Power might be in feminine beauty or masculine strength or pure money because it "gets" you something. Attention, ego-feeding, popularity and approval of our peers. Very externally based and temporary. You might also have noticed that you were highly emotional and speed-based. Mistakes, injuries and major life problems can occur with this Mindset. And I bet you can't even tell me how many times you were told about the term 'Mindset'. But what is it really? That's the big life question! To me, it's getting the knowledge and the wisdom to change the way your mind was taught to think (many of which are dysfunctional to this very day) and do what's called 'Lo-Jong' in Tibetan. This simply means the 'Training of the Mind'. We have philosophies in English, we have wisdom, but we don't really know how to train the mind the way the Eastern Philosophies throw our conventional wisdom on its head.

This is the main topic I'll be speaking on at The Wellness Body & Spa so that you get your self-power back. Peace of mind is a key part of what my clients tell me they want more than anything else in the World in their life. What about you?
